Appearance: Tall and pecked with scars, Kyrie's confident posture and choice of clothing cause her to often exude a rather imposing air. She's generally seen either with no particular expression or a smirk, except for when she's losing her shit (which happens fairly often. she tends to make sure nobody is looking, though.). Her slitted eyes are constantly judging, and she will never actually assert that she is not judging you. Other bits of her draconic heritage are evident, her teeth being awfully sharp and her nails definitely being talons.

Description of powers: Shoots fire, hits people with mace, shoots steam, hits people with her blood
Strength/Extent of powers: She likes to consider herself the best, but her large pool of stamina in fights often gets drained rapidly ensuring that she doesn't cause herself to pass out from over-exertion. She charges at her opponents, bathing them in flame and destruction, and if they aren't burnt to a crisp or in pieces on the ground then she's probably down a quart of blood and just barely on her feet. Her magic isn't anything particularly powerful per se, but it's fire and burning hot pressurized air, and sometimes blood that is also on fire being propelled by burning hot pressurized air. If you're not terrified you're burning.
Innate: Being a dragon is innate and her catching on fire sometimes is innate. Everything else is not.
Effect of the powercap: cannot burn all the thatched-roof cottages, cannot control other people's blood
